Haaaave a Holly, Jolly Chris(mon)!

[Insert Burl Ives’s voice] It’s the best time of the year! We don’t know if there’ll be snow, but there will definitely be a decorated Chrismon Tree in the Sanctuary to uplift the Advent season.

Right after service on Sunday, November 26, many of the congregation stayed afterwards to help bring the “light” into our church. Afterwards, volunteers joined for fellowship and sandwiches for a well-earned lunch.

This isn’t just about putting up some decorations. The activity of putting up the tree represents us bringing Christ into our church home. A special thank you to all volunteers for the generosity of your time and your heart.
